How does a reservation work?
Find a motorbike, choose pickup and return dates, review the conditions and save a request. Depending on the rental partner, availability is checked automatically or the partner reviews your request. Final confirmation requires the applicable payment.
A saved request is not a confirmed rental. No online payment is collected at this stage; follow the confirmation instructions for your reservation.
Booking prepayment and security deposit
Your booking prepayment is part of the total rental price. Some partners will collect the rest at pickup; others will require the full rental price online. The exact amounts are shown before reservation.
A security deposit is separate. Your rental partner handles it directly, including its return.
Can I cancel my reservation?
The rental partner sets the cancellation deadline. Your reservation keeps the conditions that applied when you booked. If a booking prepayment is non-refundable, paying the full rental price does not automatically make the full price non-refundable.
How are rental days calculated?
Rentals use 24-hour rental periods, with at least one day. An additional partial period counts as another rental day. Rental partners set seasonal rates and prices for different rental lengths. Extras may be charged per day or once per booking.
How do I become a rental partner?
Apply with your details, add your motorbikes and let the administrator review your account and listings. You control your prices and unavailable dates. The administrator assigns commission and payment settings.
