1. Platform operator and separate rental supplier
UAB PIGUS operates RentMotoGo.com, provides the marketplace, account tools and reservation administration, and manages its agreed relationship with rental partners. The rental partner named for a motorcycle provides the vehicle rental. A platform account does not make UAB PIGUS the supplier of every vehicle offered through the website.
2. Documents and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern platform use. The Terms and Conditions describe reservations and rentals. The Acceptable Use Policy governs account and listing conduct; the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling. A booking also has the partner-specific conditions shown before submission. Privacy information is a notice, not a blanket consent to unrelated processing. Mandatory law takes priority over any conflicting provision.
3. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, protect your password and use an account only with proper authority. Rental eligibility depends on the relevant partner’s age, licence and other stated requirements. You remain responsible for statements you submit, but the platform remains responsible for its own legal duties and security practices.
4. Requests and service availability
A reservation request temporarily holds available stock and may require partner review. Automatic availability checking does not by itself mean that payment has been made. Confirmation and any required payment must be recorded before a request is treated as a confirmed rental. We may maintain or update the service and should handle known booking-impacting problems reasonably.
5. Partner participation
Partner accounts and new listings are reviewed by administration. Partners manage their fleet, prices, extras, calendar, pickup arrangements and cancellation conditions. Administration assigns the payment mode, confirmation mode and agreed commission percentage. Commission is based on the full reservation price including booked extras. Under the prepayment arrangement it is settled from the platform portion; under full collection the agreed partner balance becomes payable after a successfully completed rental.
6. Fees and payment arrangements
The rental quote shows the customer’s total and the amounts payable through the platform or directly to the partner. No monthly partner subscription is currently offered. Internal commission allocation is governed by the operator–partner arrangement. Online payment processing is not active in this preview; future collection, refund and payout arrangements must be settled and disclosed before activation.
7. Content and permissions
Partners retain their rights in content they lawfully submit and permit the platform to display it for operating and promoting their listings. This permission does not justify unrelated use of customers’ personal information. Platform branding, software and editorial material must not be used in a way that violates applicable rights.
8. Suspension, cancellation and ending access
Accounts or listings may be restricted for material misuse, inaccurate information, legal requirements or a credible security concern. Where appropriate, the operator should explain the reason and consider a reported mistake. Ending access does not remove accrued payment, refund, complaint or legally required recordkeeping obligations. Existing reservations require separate handling.
9. Responsibility and disputes
UAB PIGUS is responsible for its platform obligations; each partner is responsible for its rental obligations. Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law, including mandatory protections for consumers. Lithuanian law applies to the operator’s platform relationship, without removing a consumer’s mandatory protections or competent courts under applicable rules. The rental relationship may also be subject to local law where the vehicle is supplied.
10. Changes and current status
The version identified on this page applies to platform use under these terms. Material changes must not silently rewrite the price or conditions stored for an existing booking. Changes to operational services and payment arrangements will be reflected in the applicable terms before those changes take effect.
