1. Which parties supply which services
UAB PIGUS provides the booking platform. Your named rental partner supplies the motorcycle, collection and return arrangements, vehicle condition checks, insurance information and any direct security deposit. The partner may be a business or a private individual; that status can affect applicable consumer rights and should be disclosed before a commercial booking.
2. Before submitting a request
Review the selected motorcycle, dates, pickup location, driver requirements, total price, extras, included mileage, security deposit, cancellation deadline and any permitted riding territory. Do not assume that an ordinary car licence permits the selected motorcycle. The driver must meet local legal requirements and the partner’s disclosed conditions.
3. Request, temporary hold and confirmation
The calendar must have a free physical motorcycle for the selected period. A request can be checked automatically or require partner approval, as assigned by administration. The current implementation normally holds an automatic request for fifteen minutes and a manual-review request for up to twenty-four hours. The displayed deadline is the relevant deadline for that request. An expired or declined request is not a confirmed rental.
4. Price and rental duration
The quote uses the dates, time zone, rental duration and applicable rates for the selected motorcycle. In this version, a rental day is a twenty-four-hour period, with a minimum of one day; an additional partial period is rounded up. Seasonal rates, duration rules and selected extras can affect the total. The saved reservation retains its quoted amounts and conditions even if a partner later changes a listing.
5. Full payment and prepayment
Two arrangements are planned: the full rental price may be payable through the platform, or only a prepayment may be payable through it with the remainder due directly to the partner. The prepayment is credited towards the total rental price; it is not an additional damage deposit. The amounts and recipient arrangements must be shown before payment. No online payment operator is integrated in the current preview.
6. Security deposit and insurance
A damage security deposit is handled directly by the partner, including any collection, card hold, deduction and return. UAB PIGUS does not hold or return that deposit. The partner must explain the amount, acceptable method and release conditions. Insurance cover, exclusions and any excess depend on the partner’s policy and rental agreement; a listing’s mention of insurance does not establish unlimited cover.
7. Collection, condition and return
Arrange collection and return with the partner and present the valid documents the partner disclosed as required. Record existing damage and the agreed vehicle condition before departure. Follow the agreed fuel, mileage, return-time and equipment conditions. Report a delay or a safety issue promptly. Late-return, cleaning, fuel or other charges must have an applicable disclosed and lawful basis.
8. Cancellation and changes
The cancellation policy shown for the booking is set by the partner and stored with the reservation. Any non-refundable prepayment or retained amount must be clearly disclosed and lawful. Paying the full rental price does not automatically make that entire price non-refundable; the operator must distinguish a retained amount from any balance due back. The applicable cancellation deadline and any retained amount are disclosed for the specific reservation. Mandatory cancellation or reimbursement rights are not removed.
9. Supplier failure and alternatives
If a partner cannot supply the agreed rental, tell the partner and operator promptly. A materially different motorcycle, higher price or changed dates should not be imposed without your agreement. Refunds, replacement arrangements and any further remedies depend on the facts, the disclosed agreement and mandatory law. The operator must not retain money solely because an unperformed service was labelled non-refundable.
10. During the rental
Ride lawfully and safely, use required protective equipment, and respect disclosed restrictions on additional drivers, borders, road types and vehicle use. Contact the partner for breakdown, accident, theft or return instructions. Emergency assistance should be sought from the appropriate local service when needed. Fines and damage issues are handled under the rental agreement and applicable law, not through an automatic assumption that the customer owes every claimed amount.
11. Complaints and consumer protections
Raise vehicle-service issues with the rental partner and platform-service issues with UAB PIGUS, identifying the booking and relevant evidence. Mandatory consumer rights and competent dispute-resolution routes remain available. Contact UAB PIGUS at info@rentmotogo.com about platform-service complaints. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law; these terms do not establish a blanket exemption for all motorcycle rentals.
12. Preview and future payments
Sample motorcycles and preview requests are for development. There is no promise of real rental fulfilment from a sample listing. Payment collection, refund processing, operator authority to collect for partners, and payout procedures require final approval before becoming operational. Manual accounting entries record external events; entering one does not itself transfer money.
