1. Our role
RentMotoGo is operated by UAB PIGUS as an online marketplace for motorcycle rental listings and reservation management. The rental partner named in a listing supplies the motorcycle and performs the rental. UAB PIGUS is responsible for its own platform services; it is not automatically the owner, rental supplier, insurer or roadside assistance provider for a listed motorcycle.
2. Listing information
Partners provide descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and rental requirements. Administration reviews new listings before publication, but review is not a technical inspection or certification of a motorcycle, its insurance or the partner’s licences. Tell the partner about any important requirement before booking and check the documents and vehicle at collection.
3. Price and availability
A displayed daily rate is an indication for that listing. The quote for your selected dates and extras determines the proposed rental price. A saved request or temporary calendar hold is not a paid or confirmed rental. Availability can change until a reservation is confirmed under its stated conditions.
4. Riding and external information
Travel suggestions are general information. Riders must check applicable traffic rules, licence recognition, protective equipment, border permissions and local conditions. Information on an external website is controlled by its publisher; a link does not mean that UAB PIGUS guarantees that publisher’s services.
5. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations. Nothing here excludes liability which the law does not allow to be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or excuses a misleading statement made by the platform itself. Problems with the rental should be raised with the named partner; problems with platform services should be raised with UAB PIGUS.
6. Development preview
This version contains sample listings and generated illustrative images. Online payment processing is not enabled. Do not treat a preview request as a promise that a motorcycle will be supplied. Actual listings, operational contacts and payment arrangements must be approved before commercial launch.
