1. Honest accounts and bookings
Use accurate contact and driver information, and act only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive listings, fabricate bookings, or use another person’s payment details without authority. Keep account credentials private and report suspected account misuse.
2. Partner listing responsibilities
Offer only motorcycles you are entitled to rent and able to supply lawfully. Keep availability, pricing, insurance information and rental requirements accurate. Use photographs and other content you own or have permission to publish. A listing must receive administration approval before it is public. Approval does not replace the partner’s legal, technical or safety obligations.
3. Respectful communication and personal data
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate unlawfully, publish another person’s private information, or send unsolicited advertising through the service. Use customer details only for legitimate booking and rental purposes. Do not repurpose them for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
4. Technical misuse
Do not distribute malware, bypass access controls, attempt to read another account’s records, manipulate prices or payment states, or deliberately overload the service. Automated access must not interfere with normal operation or unlawfully extract protected or personal information. Report a suspected security problem privately rather than exploiting it.
5. Availability and booking integrity
Reservations are managed through the platform. Partners may block unavailable dates for maintenance or other commitments. Do not keep unavailable motorcycles advertised as ready to rent, or manipulate the calendar to mislead riders. A saved request must not be described to a customer as paid when no payment has been recorded.
6. Reports and proportionate action
The platform may investigate a credible report, request clarification, remove an unlawful or misleading listing, restrict an account, or preserve relevant evidence. Action should reflect the seriousness and urgency of the issue. Where appropriate and lawful, the affected user should receive an explanation and a way to raise a mistake with the operator. Removing an account does not automatically erase existing booking, refund or accounting obligations.
